We have had a fantastic response to our Mummy and Daddy Tag Necklaces all year since we first introduced them but the creme de la creme has been this last weekend when we were simultaneously featured in the above publications. In The Mail On Sunday’s You magazine the lovely Normandie Keith raved about our range .She has bought lots of necklaces for family members and friends over the last couple of months and it was fantastic of her to give us a mention and show her support.

Prima Baby magazine have done their bit for us too and mentioned us as a ‘Yummy Mummy’ gift.We don’t forget about Dad’s here at Boutique To You, though. With this range he can take his children wherever he is in the form of a very masculine piece of bespoke jewellery.

Our boutique has come a long way in the year it has been online and we have been very busy behind the scenes !

As part of our first year anniversary celebrations we have been finalising some very exciting ventures.

The Mummy & Daddy Tags range of jewellery which not only is Bespoke is also Organic and Eco-friendly … is going global ! Well at least UK wide ! We have sold it very successfully through our boutique and now it will be available through other selected boutiques from October 2006.We also wanted to give something back and are in the final decision making process of choosing a children’s charity to which we will donate a proportion of our UK sales !

High profile Mums and Dads who already own a piece of this jewellery include Victoria and David Beckham,Gwyneth Paltrow,Courtney Cox, Kate Hudson,Normandie Keith ( her husband and Mum,too !), Ben Affleck and his wife,Jennifer Garner.Everyone likes to brag about their babies no matter who they are !

Our new snazzy wine glass charms were posted on the site yesterday.

I adore these … all the adults I buy for at Christmas will be getting some of these.I think they are one of those gifts that are functional without you ever thinking they would be until you have them !They are so pretty ,too !

We also have some super wedding ones .We were just at a gorgeous wedding at the beginning of September in a swanky country house and although everything was truly divine I can’t help thinking something like this as favours for the guests to use on the day and take home with them would’ve been a lovely idea…. instead we got some scrummy chocs which I scoffed immediately and then subsequently acquired all the ones from the ladies on out table who didn’t and don’t ‘do’ chocolate !!

We had a lovely e-mail over the weekend from a very satisfied customer about our new baby bouquets.

She sent one last month to some new parents and they were over joyed with it. So much so that they have said they are never going to use it and that once they move it from the fireplace as their new baby show off piece they will be putting it in baby’s nursery!

I thought that was a lovely idea … never ending flowers !

For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about ? I always like to have a bit of a taster so I know what goodies are in store .I am a fiend for buying up the whole of the magazine section of my local Tesco just so I can see what is coming soon on the fashion scene,home scene,wedding scene etc; etc;

What a great play on words for a handbag charm that helps you to take care of your keys as well as look good at the same time.

We have been selling these for over a year now but it is only recently that they are becoming very popular as people realise what they actually are!

They slip onto the side of your bag as a handbag charm and then you attach your keys to the clip so they dangle inside your bag safe in the knowledge that you always know where they are.My current favourite is the Pink Ribbon which has my whole collection of keys attached at any one time ! It looks great on my bag though as I am a bit of a pink freak.The picture below showing you what they look like is of my prized Pink Luella .My husband bought me this and the matching purse as a birthday present and I absolutely adore it even though it is now nearly three years old !These nifty little charms are just enough without making such a star look tacky !

Fab and funky … there are some great designs … Flip Flops, Dolly Shoe, Pink Ribbon and a cute little Doggie . I think there is a charm there for everyone and they make great gifts so would be particularly good for Christmas pressies.

We had a fair amount of rain in our neck of the woods over the weekend which has prompted me to write about our fab and funky kids raingear

I read over on www.shoewawa.com about someone wanting adult size wellies in kids designs.

Well .. the cowboy and cowgirl wellies in this range from the USA have the same effect.We are always getting e-mails from ‘grown-ups’ asking do we have a size 5 !

I must say they certainly have that effect as that was one of the reasons why I first bought them in .. I wanted a pair !
