The silver we use is recycled from film processing. The silver nitrate is extracted through a process Mitsubishi Materials Inc. in Japan  developed, ground into tiny particles, mixed with an organic binder and then fired in a kiln. After firing, it becomes .999 fine silver.

We are constantly striving to make as little impact on the environment as possible which is evidenced in the material we use for our jewellery. The labels on our simple aluminium gift tins are now made from a corn based material called EarthFirst PLA, a renewable resource.

Because of demand, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We have two production runs each week and your tags could arrive sooner than expected.

Because the item you're purchasing is personalised and is being created just for you, your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Our system does not allow us to charge for a personalised purchase when it is shipped. We are currently at a 4-6 week delivery period. If you're unwilling to have your credit card charged during the time it takes us to complete your order, please reconsider your purchase. We are a small production studio. We do not cast our product in a large manufacturing facility, nor do we outsource our product for manufacturing in China. Our product is handcrafted in house in our studio. Please take these things  into consideration when you place your order. Thank you !
